So today was the day I walked along the famous Champs-Élysées! We took the train into the city, so I was able to learn how it works. It's not that hard. We rode the train for about 20 minutes and then we were in the middle of Paris. The Champs-Élysées is not as long as I expected it to be. We managed to go down both sides of it and still have time to stop at a cafe to get drinks. I got to stand under the Arc de Triomphe and go to the Louis Vuitton store. Those were the only things that were on my list of things to do. There are a lot of shops and restaurants, but most of them were super expensive. If they weren't super expensive, they were just more than I am willing to pay. There is now an Abercrombie on in Paris that everyone wants to shop at. There was a line to go inside the building maybe 60 people long. Ridiculous. There is an H&M, Banana Republic, and Gap. I got some bread with chocolate chips at a small pastry shop for about 2 euros and it was bassically a long roll with chocolate chips in it.
awwwwh everything looks so wonderful that I just wish I left w/ you (:
